Guest guest
I didn't have to do the bowel cleanser (thankfully). haven't heard of anyone who has other than for a colonoscopy. Is that standard band procedure? RE: I have a question? To: SydBand Date: Tuesday, August 19, 2008, 1:27 AM Hi Everyone, I am going with a friend tomorrow who is getting her band. She is having her OP in the afternoon. What time does she need to stop eating today/tonight? Fi

Guest guest
Hi There, I had to do the Pico Prep. I went through Circle of Care and they suggest you take one pack the day before. I was led to believe it is supposed to reduce constipation after surgery but it didn't work for me!! Sharon Re: I have a question? Guest guest
Hi I've got to do the Pico Prep for a colonoscopy in a couple of weeks, one on the Sunday and another on Monday morning. Can you let me know what it tastes like? Is it yucky stuff? Also have to take GlycoPrep-C which according to the packet is lemon flavoured... Guess I know where I'll be spending Sunday, 31 August!!! Guest guest
Hi Gail, From memory it didn't taste too bad. It cam in a twin pack of sachets. I only had to take one but you might take two for a colonoscopy. It wasn't too violent a reaction. I took a half day from work but didn't really need it. Hope that helps!!
