Guest guest
http://www.chemicalbalance.com/digestion.htm Hey... look at this! One of the mom's on the SCD list posted this site and there it IS... B12 :-) It's not just prilosec, its for gastro intestinal disorders it seems. Would makes sense too. If the gut is messed up, it's ability to absorb nutrients is destroyed as well. Restore the gut, restore absorption You can dump as many good herbs, vitamins, probiotics as you want in there, but as long as healing is not taking place, it's the same as using drugs to over come symptoms with out real healing ever taking place. One major symptom of gut problems is the inability to digest certain foods, or so called food allergy or intolerance. When the gut is dysfunctional it stops producing the enzymes necessary for breaking down foods. Different foods need different enzymes. Lactase is one of the very first enzymes to be affected. If things get worse, fewer and fewer enzymes are able to be produced and you develop more and more food allergies. Celiac, or gluten intolerance is caused by a dysfunctional gut. It's not a disease in and of it's self. Some people become so ill they can only eat about 5 things with out getting deathly ill!! This happened to our cat btw- I wish I understood this all then, I may have been able to save her. :-( Left even longer... they will start removing parts of your bowel as it's going to start dying. Your gut also produces a good amount chemicals that help BRAIN function. Remember when Scrooge told Marley he 'was just a bit of undigested gravey' ???? He was on to something!! This is an overprocessed inferior product that uses pharmaceutical toxins in it. Acesulfame potassium is an artificial sweetener by Hoescht Pharmaceuticals that has never been thoroughly tested and has been shown to cause some very serious health effects in animals that it has been tested on, breat tumors, lung tumors, thymus tumors, leukemia and chronic respiratory disorders. I am quite sure that you and your family have derived much from the use of this product, however, it falls far short of providing 100 % of anyones daily nutritional needs. It is using inorganic minerals and synthetic vitamins. This is some chemists idea of nutrition. On top of all it is an MLM product which cannot stand up to true health through proper diet and lifestyle. Sorry , this just doesn't pan out. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. This product, acesulfame K has never been thoroughly tested for safety no matter what the FDA says. The FDA is nothing more than a lackey for the pharmaceutical concerns as is the medical establishment. I don't believe in taking pharmaceutical poisons as they are nothing more than that, poisons. There also is no company that uses organic vitamins and minerals in their products. Too expensive. They only use inorganic minerals and synthetic vitamins. Organic vitamins and minerals will not hold up to being processed as it will degrade them to the point where they are near useless to the human body. You would be much better to spend your money on organic fruits and vegetables and eating raw. You will get much more for your money and your health will be much more vibrant than what you will ever derive from a bottle of false claims and toxins. As for MLM business's having a good vision, well that is usually what all the downline are supposed to think. The good vision is enjoyed by those at the top who are enjoying the benefits of their conning decent folks like you into believing their hogwash. I am sorry but this company does not have a good vision for the health of America. Obviously, from my perspective, they no very little about proper health and are even less concerned about anyones health. I am sure, however, that they are very concerned about their wealth. Any company that uses questionable ingredients in their formulations and wishes others to believe that they are a God send are nothing but charlatans and con men. There has never been an MLM business ever that has had any real innovative product or had anyones interest at heart other than their own. In fact, when it comes right down to it every MLM business's products have been shown and proven to be inferior to what the the founders have claimed. There has never been one that has been able to stand up to the claims made about it and the test of time. The only reason that they continue to exist is because of their uncanny ability to continually suck in naive people who are willing to believe their false claims, lies and half truths. None of the founders of this MLM you belong to have any nutritional, medical, scientific or health related training. They are con men and they are getting rich by conning you and many others into believing in their false claims. This is not a product that I would endorse, use nor recommend to anyone ever. I respect your right to try and earn a living however you can. That is your choice. I am just very sorry to see people fall victim to thecon and marketing schemes of MLM's. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. Guest guest
Oh yes! I use stevia all the time and it's great. It's either that or raw honey for me. Once in a while I'll use raw sugar, but not much. Stevia is wonderful. There are different brands, each with its own distinctive characteristics, but I love the Herbal Authority stevia liquid extract, basically a tincture of stevia. I don't find it to have any aftertaste at all, and 2-3 drops will sweeten a large glass of anything, including fresh-squeezed lemonade. Sharyn From: Giddings [mailto:justin@...] This sweetener is heralded as being incredibly good for diabetic diets as well. The FDA also said Aspartame was not metabolized either and they approved that toxin and foisted it on an unsuspecting public knowing full well what it actually did and does do inside the human body. The FDA also foists countless other pharmaceutical poisons on the unsuspecting public and tells them that they are safe. There is plenty of this evidence out there for anyone to look at. There is nothing made by any pharmaceutical company that is healthy in any way shape or form. The FDA does not make sound health conscious decisions for anyone anywhere. They make their decisions based on pharmaceutical concerns not anyones health. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. Guest guest
If it's not digested, it's going to be yummy food for the bacteria in your gut and will eventually cause an overgrowth and totally imbalance the micro-environment in there. :-) Now honey is totally digested AND it's an anti-oxidant to boot. Guest guest
Yes it does, it can actually lower and regulate blood sugar levels. Yes it has been tested for thousands of years by the indians who have used it for generations.
