Guest guest
was a more linear child - he ran back and forth instead of in circles. Hand flapping, noises, receptive and expressive lang <POOF>, no longer slept thru the night, diarrhea, eye contact disappeared,.... NIH is currently doing a study on 'regressive autism' but , at age 10, is too old. I checked. Even volunteered my documented papertrail and 7 years of monthly blood sucks in EXCEL format. (and I agree with - when was on the OLD Kutapressin, his values were completely stabile. No peaks or valleys) There was also a recent article on 'regressive autism' but I can't remember who did the item. It is now being recognized - I sent the article to Dr Landa at KKI who has indicated she can recognize signs of Autism at the First year birthday party. I told her I would send her 's video but so far, nothing. Dr Zimmerman does want a copy tho :-) I'll send it along with the newest DVD set :-) The regressive form of autism does appear to have an 'Dysregulated immune system' flavor to it. My husband had GBS when was 6 mths old. We didn't know at that time that immune disorders could run in families. His cousin has MS and aunt IBS. This is why we decided to go the way. In addition, we had already down 2 yrs of megadosing supplements, enzymes, SNT thru a local DAN/CAN Dr with pathetic results. The only result seen was a smaller thinner wallet. Then the Dr began pushing The THING that would cure Autism - secretin. When we said no, he pushed Transfer Factor and Chelation. We figured voodoo and witchdoctors were next on the list .. Doris- I noticed that you said that your son was " normal " and then regressed completely by 2. Did your son exhibit any hand flapping or running in circles, or did he just stop talking and making eye contact? I am trying to find someone with a similar experience. I haven't found many people who have had a child develop typically then regress, even though I'm sure they are out there. We are going to see Dr G in July. I'd appreciate any information you could share. Thanks- --- Doris and Steve <sjsmith@...> wrote: >> You should therefore ask yourself 'why is so >> hush-hush? >> Why isn't it more well known?
