Guest guest Posted January 10, 2007 Report Share Posted January 10, 2007 Regarding the recent Vitamin B post and the melatonin post, I feel a responsibility as an " oldie " to mention that these are not things Dr. Goldberg would prescribe, and have never been part of the treatments to my knowledge. Dr. Goldberg does encourage the use of a basic multivitamin (i.e. Flintstones, which probably includes vitamin but not more than than the recommended daily allowance. I just posted this because I feel it is important on this list to keep clear which things are part of the treatments and which things are not, so that those who are trying to pursue know. I know that we are all here to help our kids and I hope I haven't hurt anyone's feelings, as I know we are all doing what we think is best for our children. I care about all of you... we have a hard job trying to figure out what steps to take. Some of you are taking different paths, and I respect your right to do so. Scientists at the Hopkins University School of Medicine say that a few squares of chocolate a day can reduce the risk of a heart attack by almost 50 per cent in some cases.
