has some great info on pomegranates and some really luscious recipes- not necessarily healthy, but they sound really, really good!

anyway it say "to juice a pomegranate, cut it in half as you would a grapefruit and use a hand-press citrus juicer to ream it out. Strain the juice through a cheesecloth-lined strainer or a sieve"
