From what I understand some people also have a problem with corn and part of the problem is that many corn and rice products are manufactured by the same companies that also manufacture wheat products and it is in the air.

Products like corn chips may have flour in them to keep them separated.. Wheat and wheat products are often used as thickeners, stabilizers, adn texture enhancers in food. Gluten free does not always mean gluten free.As much as 20% of gluten free products actually have some gluten in them. Even oats are controversial.

Some diets I read that are gluten free contain corn and some do not..what's the scoop??
