Guest guest
The chiro can also give you advice on what exercises that can be done. Good luck. The chiro I'm seeing told me he will be giving me exercises, but not until the hip and vertebrae are back in alignment. Unfortunately he just left for vacation for 2 weeks and I won't be seeing him again until the end of Sept. But he promised that after I get better, I will get some exercises and also suggest I then go back to see him every other month for a maintenance Toftness after that. Right now I'm still out of whack. It's a real stretch for me to pay for this, but I can't take hurting. Gloria
Guest guest
This is where the large intestine presses up against the spine, and a clogged up large intestine will leak out toxins and weaken this area of the spine. Can the problem have to do with the spine itself? Like it being out of alignment? Gloria
Guest guest
It's something that the chiropractor does, much like accupressure. You can't do it on yourself, unfortunately. When I first had the Toftness technique done, the chiro said that when I leave I will be asking "What did I pay $35.00 for? Did he actually DO anything"? It's THAT subtle. He uses a machine that scans the body and tells him where to press (very lightly) and you basically don't feel much. He said it takes 15 hrs. (after the treatment) for the "adjustment" to kick in. After I had it done, the next day I had no pain and couldn't believe it. He said my back isn't in great shape and will need 4 treatments or so, but since my job involves standing and twisting, I think I keep un-doing the progress made. Sharyn From: oldglory@... Toxic nerves will not function properly and will do all sorts of strange things like pull vertebrae out of alignment as they misfire and cause muscles to contract. If the nerve is continually sending messages to the muscle to stay contracted then the vertebrae is going to stay out of whack and when the Chiro puts it back in the nerve will pull it back out. I am not saying that yours is due to a toxic bowel but it is a very good possiblility. Just because you are regular does not mean you don't have toxic bowels. You can still have encrusted fecal material. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
