I am confused at the Do's and Don'ts of Diet. It states Tofurella is a

good " fake cheese " but on the package the 2nd ingredient is " milk

protein " . On the diet guidelines it says no product with milk or

bovine protein as a " major ingredient " . What about casein or

caseinate? It is a milk protein? A lot of the fake cheeses have

casein in them.

Also, on the diet it says processed cereals(not whole grain) for

breakfast and lists Rice Crispies, Cheerios, and corn flakes. On these

boxes it specifically states " WHOLE GRAIN CEREAL " as a marketing

scheme. It seems contradictory and I am confused. I want to follow

the diet to the T and make sure I am understanding it correctly.

Thanks to anyone out there that knows the answers.
