Kidney Stones & Hyperparathyroidism

Hi Everyone,

After having passed my 4th kidney stone in 18 months (the last one on my

birthday during my party!), I finally found out via labs that I have

Parathyroidism.. I saw my regular doctor today who referred me to 2 new

specialist,

one for the Hyperparathyroidism, and the other a Hematologist for my Anemia

for iron infusions.. I also have an appointment with Dr. Zahriya on the 23thrd

to go over these same labs.. I'm hoping he will have some good advice on how

to handle it before I see the new specialist.. so anyway.. my question is..

anyone else have this develop in them? How was it treated? Do you feel better

now? I am told that surgery is how it is treated.. i'm hoping there may be

another option. Let me know..
