Guest guest
Sophie- It sounds to me like you have a pretty good kidney infection brewing. What you have going is very similar to what I went through with mine. Remember, if you are on immunosupressents an infection will come on slower or rather unoticed at first, then hit hard. You shouldn't wait til next week. Do you have just a local urgent care were you can just give a pee pee, and get a Dx right away? Have fun cross country skiing. It is wonderful exercise isn't it? You don't even realize how hard you really worked out until the next morning. But if you are on immuran, you should probably stay away from the hot springs, especially with that kidney thing brewing. Those hot springs can have bacterias that people with normal immune systems don't have to worry about, but we do. I would ask the doc before going into one. But especially stay out if you are feverish. Please let me know how that ski trip goes - I will live vicariously through you if you don't mind. You might need to look at your mattress or change how you sleep. You also might consider doing some form of stretching exercises on a daily basis either before bed or in the morning. It is also possible that you have kidney problems. Eating a high protein diet is very hard on the kidneys (even if you drink enormous amounts of water) as well as the rest of your body. Especially, protein from animals. These proteins create lots of uric acid in the body that the kidneys need to eliminate. You are overworking your kidneys basically. Your kidneys can get worn out, form stones, etc. What uric acid your kidneys cannot get rid of will get stored in your muscle tissues and joints. You also are at risk of parasitical infestations and all the toxins that are in the meat to begin with. Because you are most likely cooking your meat and eggs, the protein in them is toxic to your body as it is now denatured and unassimilable by your body. More natural sources of protein that would be much better for you would be Bee Pollen, vegetables, grains, nuts and seeds (preferrably all raw). Cooking destroys any benefits food has with the exception of maybe the undigestible fiber in foods. I don't know why you are on a high protein diet but I would recommend considering changing it to a more natural alkaline based one. Your body will appreciate much more as will you. Peace be with you Christa. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. You would be much better off cutting way back on the meat, dairy and processed foods and eating much more raw veggies and fruits. Also doing some juice fasting and cleansing will ensure that you never have to worry about diabetes. Or anything else for that matter. I would say to eat at least 80% raw food (vegetables (root and green leafy), fruits), sprouted grains, nuts and seeds in moderation and keep the meat to a minimum but do make sure if you must have it to make sure it is certified organic meat. That way you won't be putting all the chemicals into your body as well. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. Guest guest
Hi Don, I appreciate you taking the time to respond. Before I started the low carb diet I tried to eat veggies, salads and fruits more. However I always ended up leaving all that and eating bread (which is what I really love). So I know I never could stick with it. In addition there is lots of sugar in those things to. I need to figure out what works for me long term. I don't like meat either. I eat it so I'm not constantly starving. In addition I could never afford food from the healthfood store. Its outragous priced and even in a regular store I have to buy the very cheapest. Thats just how my life is and I have to make the best out of it. thanks again for your recommendations christa

But don't confuse the sugars in fruits and vegetables with refined sugars. They are not the same and are not metabolised the same in the body. Bread, the staff of life. If you can get sprouted grain bread you will be much better off. I know it costs more. No matter how you view it you are going to pay one way or the other. Yes you do have to make do with what you have. You don't need to go organic, although it is preferrable. Not everyone can get organic. All you really need to do is the best you can do. Periodically cleansing yourself, internally, and doing juice fastings will help take care of a lot of problems that can crop up from the diet. If nothing else at least learn about proper food combining. This can help alleviate problems associated with the typical modern diet. Okay, you are welcome and if you need any assistance or have any other thoughts or questions feel free to post them. We are all here to share and learn from each other. We are all unique and special in our own way. Peace be with you Christa. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. Guest guest
Healing would be instantaneous within any body whose thinker could deactivate the thought of resistance. You could have been assigned the label of every deadly disease known to man, and if you didn't know it and you were basking in the beauty of something in your now, and were doing it consistently over a period of less than 30 days—those diseases could no longer linger in your body, because the vibrational resistance that was the reason for them would be gone.expressed by Abraham-Hicks OTOH, if you keep arguing for your limitations, that's what you'll end up with. Sharyn From: hovipups [mailto:hovawart_dogs@...] > Christa, have you ever done a cleanse... even a 3 day juice fast? no I haven't. I just can't believe it would accomplish anything. Plus all that concentrated sugar just can't be good for you. Maybe I'm thinking wrong. I do not eat bread anymore and I don't like veggies (nor fruit). So in the long run I would not be able to follow a diet like this. I have tried. And would it really address the kidney pain? --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Guest guest
And I've healed my liver and gallbladder at an amazing rate, as well as getting rid of not just GERDS (and related syndroms), but the underlying causes as well. Don't get colds/flu/sinusitis. Cleared up busted blood vessels in my right eye caused by floursecent bulbs. Even have a way to keep pesky mosquitos away. Amazing stuff, all this stuff that our Creator put here for our use!! Suzanne <suziesgoats@...> wrote: Christa, you would be amazed at what food does for the body.... I was.
