Drooling and hands in the mouth

I am the grandmother of Lindsey 9 years old. I care for her 2 days a week. I

have a question that maybe you parents/grandparents have had experience with. I

have noticed that for the last 3 weeks Lindsey has been drooling much, much more

than usual. She also has been lately putting her hands/fists/fingers in her

mouth. She's never done that. I wonder if she's cutting a tooth? Any thoughts

on this? Even though I don't post often I do read the posts and learn so much

from this site. Thank you in advance.
