re: WIlliam in the hospital/Topamax

My little guy was admitted to the hospital on Tuesday night for

seizures! He's on Keppra which seemed to be working. We seemed to be

doing fine (except for the lack of sleep for the past 2 weeks), along

with his 12 month immunizations last week. It seems like he just

crashed! Anyway, we thought that he needed some fluids and he would

snap out it! He doesn't seem to be doing that...He's sleeping most of

the time. When he wakes up it seems that he's having an episode!

They just did an EEG on him, and I'm waiting to hear the results!

The docs are talking about putting him on Topamax! Although, after

reading your e-mails I'm going to be asking a lot of questions!

Any other insight would be great!
