Scrambled eggs with very finely shredded smoked salmon and hollendaise sauce. Cauliflower with cheese sauce... mashed up small. Mashed spuds with gravy, mushy peas that you can buy in a tin as well. They are fabulous with the spuds and gravy. You can ake onion gravy as well for a change in flavour. Savory mince... cook very finely ground mince which you can mash with a potato masher to get very fine once it is cooked. Add some herbs and onion flakes. Throw in some tomato puree to make it very mushy and add some mashed potato and pumpkin to the top and pop in the oven to brown the top. This is probably better for when you are closer to the solid side of things... we still have it here and I toss in a tin of peas and a tin of corn and bobs your uncle. stewed apples with some stewed apricots and custard. You can buy them in tins, so use those. Heat in a bowl and add custard. Stewed pears would be lovely too with some brown sugar and butter crumble on the top and popped in the oven for a bit to warm and the crumble to melt a bit.
