Guest guest
, Without the muscle relaxer Flexeril (cylcobenzaprine) I receive little or no pain relief even with oxycontin. Reactive Arthritis keeps my tendons so inflammed at the insertion points that without the muscle relaxer I am one big muscle spasm with knots easily felt and also easily seen by other people...even through a tee shirt. I know what you mean about the knots. I had two in my neck last week when I saw the doc and he manipulated my neck and reduced them. Massage therapists always remark on the knots in my back. I have some flexeril but it knocks me on my butt and then I am no good--totally unmotivated. But yes, even with the Celebrex, I still need the Ativan--and sometimes the Tylenol #3. The pain is never really gone--I know it is there lurking. The meds just make it possible to do stuff and enjoy myself. ===== faroe and the springfield crew how much of our history's rewritten and under rug swept? what part of your memory is selective and tends to forget? ........Alanis ette __________________________________________________
