No time to abstract, but for those really interested, here are the posts attached. (Not sure if they will go through or not...we'll see). Locke, MD Kathy, I do the same as Soma, 36415 and 99000. It seems most insurance companies pay for one or the other, but not both. I think if I had to do a venipuncture " requiring the skill of an MD " I wouldn't be able to do it!
