If this is going to be an ongoing lifestyle then you are free to drink different ones throughout the day from day to day. But for a cleanse it is best to stick to just one or a combo of two or maybe three max. But stay with this for the whole cleanse so that it has time to do what it needs to do. Yes you will sleep alot and get very moody. The toxins being dumped into the blood will effect your quite strongly and can wipe you out and drain you. No matter what comes up mentally or emotionally let it flow out. Don't bottle it up. It is good that you are doing that. You really do cleanse more than just your body, that's for sure. In time you will be able to do more exercising while cleansing and you will find that it speeds the process up considerably. For now just do what feels natural and go with it. Hang in there girl. You are doing good. Peace be with you . -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
