Guest guest
Hi all, Do sleep problems that occur when starting a new SSRI something that passes? Dr. G is having us try several different SSRI's over a short period of time to determine the best one for my son. The latest is zoloft, for the last ten days. Since starting it, the kid is very, very hyper at night and can't settle down. He literally can't stop moving; he rolls around in bed, kicks his legs in the air, does somersaults, and just generally flops around. Last night he was awake until 2:30 a.m.! The Zoloft is the only thing that has changed in recent weeks. We are supposed to ride this out until Thursday, but school starts on August 14 (yes, I know, ridiculously early), and I'm worried he won't be ready. TIA, Donna
