10 months is not that late. My perfectly healthy nephew did not get any

teeth until he was over 1 year.

My son (bilateral fronto-parietal pmg) got his first at about 11 months, but

they took a long time to come through, because he does not bite or chew. He

is now 10 years old and his molars are coming through, but they seem to take

forever!
