How is the support for your back? My back is fine, but the minute I put on a

carrier the left side of my back kills me. I think it's from sleeping with him

in my arms at night. I don't think I'd make it through the grocery store, but I

think he'd love it. Julissa

It helped him to build neck and trunk strength. He still can't sit up

unassisted, but is getting much closer to it. I used a moby wrap before the

ergo, but the moby wrap can be more challenging because you have to wear it on

you before arriving to the store and it loosens as you wear it.

I have terrible back problems and have found that the ergo and moby worked best

for me. I can do short periods (30 minutes to an hour) with either carrier

without too much back pain. Maybe you can try borrowing one or buying one used

to try it out. I know that with these carriers it's all a matter of finding the

best one for both you and the baby. I had a baby bjorn for my first child 8 yrs

ago, and I HATED it, but I gave it to another mom and she absolutely loved it.
