Guest guest
LeeanneI have eaten the angle hair pasta in the past, but I always feel there is something better out there for me, plus I think - my theory only - the last 4 + years of no wheat has made me gluten sensitive. I cant eat it without having some kind of a reaction. So best I steer clear of it and all is well! You have done so well, dont get too tight, dont miss out of things now. What is the point of losing the weight if you lose your ability to enjoy food a little bit? I know its a hazard of banding - pre band, I was fat, at home and had money now I am thinner, never at home and usually broke.
Guest guest
I agree about still being able to enjoy food and will be mindful of it I admit I don't think too much about it I just have the horror visions of the weight returning rofl And for the first time ever in my life I can wear nice clothes rofl and I don't want that bit to change hehehe But you are right As for a life...nah I still don't know what that is After being so reclusive for so long its still too daunting to even know where to begin Or how to get out and find a way to meet people Sounds bit pathetic but I simply don't know how to change it Hugs Leeanne -- Re: Leeanne LeeanneI have eaten the angle hair pasta in the past, but I always feel there is something better out there for me, plus I think - my theory only - the last 4 + years of no wheat has made me gluten sensitive. Guest guest
Its not worth worrying about - we take care of ourselves and our bands, we can only do that much - if anything else is to be, it will be. Gotta live in the now, but yes I too shudder at the thought.
