Guest guest
Dear Don, I would like to have you work with me for a total lifestyle change, but I will be real with you, I will need hand holding. Part of the problem is that my eyes are bad enough from the diabetes that reading the files can be difficult. Also I have volunteered to my group to be the ginuea pig, so everything will be forwarded to them andthey are all not well and either older and heavy or older and not well with other problems. I will be easing them into seeing how to eat and so on differently. Most of the ladies are (god help us) " Normal " eating americans. I wll give you the history of where I am at and so on here. I have little to no mobility (blown out my knee and can barely stand) I lack catiliage, (my kneecap is not attached and I fell earlier in the year, kicking myself in the head.) So add a torn ligament in the back of the right knee to the cartilege and bone spur and arthritis. When I had the MRI of the knee done, my regular doc freaked as she thought the " signigant change to the marrow of the bones " was cancerous. Sent me to a specialist who was ho-hum about the anemia and told me to take iron and vitamin c. At least the iron helps with the reaction to my diabetes meds.... the diabetic pill form of meds makes life horrid. I NEVER have to worry about not having enough Movements. The three meds I am on all give me the trots. Which is mighty tough on the old body when you can't even walk. I actually lived through stage IV ovarian by the skin of my teeth. I was living at the time in Arizona. There was a teen being dragged by a horse who was spinning in circles terrified. I managed to rescue the kid, and was trampled badly as I was really too weak to be messing with horses in the first place. I was taken to the recovery ICU after they bandaged my head up and figured that with my IV cancer I would never live through the surgeries to fix the ruptured spleen, damaged liver, bronken spine and hips etc etc. Yet while I was in the ICU I was healed. (The before and after x-rays were mind blowing, taken within hours of each other....) I woke from the coma, hungry and with double vision... Then the lady in the next bed crashed and they were yelling code blue and pushed in this cart and then declared her dead. When they did the shock things, my hair raised right up on my head... under teh curtain they pulled around her it looked like a hundred feet cause of the double vision from my concussion. (Only long term effect at that time) When the nurse's aid came in to pack up her stuff, (crying really hard)(someone had already pulled the sheet over her and tagged her toe) I asked her what had happened. She told me that this lady had a birth defect that had taken 6 surgeries to fix, but they finally got it right... and if she could have just made it through recovery she would have lived to go home to her little babies and been fine. So I asked if we could pray for her, cause maybe some of the same light/warmth/presence that what woke me up from the Coma would help her. So we did and 17 minutes after she was called, she revived. Apparently I was healed of the cancer at the same time as I was healed of the injuries I had recieved by this 1500 pound horse running clean over me and busting my skull wide open (I had multiple places where I had been stepped on.) Now if I had listened to my body and started eating right I would be in a totally different place now. But I ate the american city diet and wrecked my life. I am weighing in at 309 (down 37 pounds) with diabetes which is not responding to meds. I can't walk cause my knee can't take my weight, I have arthuritis in many places in my spine and suffer from excuitating neck pain daily. Myhubby is supportive by eats worse then I do. We sat and had a good long talk and agreed that since he is the one working, Iw ill go through a cleanse and diet change first with him to take time off of work to follow me. He is a sweet man, and is worried that there won't be enough for the herbs. We are going from paycheck to paycheck and it would be a wonderful blessing to get well enough to see, and walk and be able to go back to work. With the diabetes so unregulated, I frequently have the shakes and sweats etc. Times that I can feel that I am going to hit the floor. My doctor just doesn't understand when I tell her I can tell I am dying. I would most likely have to do this at the fifth of the month when my tiny disability check comes in so I can buy herbs/tonics/ etc. off of you. I have a few herbs from when I lived back in Port Angeles. (I had to give up my license as my eyes are so bad, let alone the fainting.) I did go see a chinese doctor in San Francisco who gently told me that I was too sick for acupunture. Yet stillmy doctor insists that I can eat meat and cooked foods etc and be fine. I am desparate for help and I feel in my gut that I HAVE TO MAKE THIS CHANGE. Will you help me? I will litereally follow you to the letter, needing only to get my remedies from you until such time that I can get up and go get the ingredients myself. The dried herbs I have from two years ago are: Juniper berries altantic pwd kelp (foil unopened bag) comfrey ginger root white willow bark candied ginger eyebright tiny bit of mustard seed pau D'Arco dulse leaf granule sized a pack or two of the herbs that the chinese doctor made for me to have a tea. I also have purple welches grape juice, four frozen ones, (no sugar) added for the fast. I really am intimidated by doing this by myself and want so badly to change... (excuse me, I am crying now... ) Will you help me? Maggie Louise __________________________________________________

However, as for herbs I do not have those. However, with the very kind and generous offer from I believe you should be able to obtain the herbs needed for helping you through this. Okay, so first off I need to know if you have a juicer or can borrow one for the next several months until you can afford one. I am going to be sending you some reading material, yes I know it is difficult for you to read right now. However, it is important that you understand what we are about to embark upon and what your choices are. So bear with me and I will assist you through this and hold your hand if necessary. Though, anyone who is willing to take on a run away locomotive head first doesn't need much hand holding from me. ;-) You are right about your current diet. It is only going to do you more harm than good. But this is typical of modern medicines theory of nutrition. I will make no promises to you Maggie, but I will tell you that you will get out what you put into your healing. It will take time. It has taken you " x " number of years to get here and it won't change overnight. So be prepared for the long haul. I can promise you that you will have days when you feel lousy. You will have days when you only want to go hide and just cry. You will have days that just plain are not good. This will take as long as it takes. There is no set time for healing as everyone is different and reacts differently. Just be patient, know that you are not alone and that God takes care of those who take care of themselves. You also have someone who is seriously watching over you. :-) Prayer can do wonders. Be looking for some info in the next day or two. We will take it from there and see where we can get you to. You can overcome this, many people have. Just be determined and believe in yourself. Peace be with you Maggie. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. Guest guest
Congrats Louise!! (on 2 yrs) Tell hubby my belief... I believe that God or a higher being, gave us everything we need to cure ourselves here on earth...we just have to find it... and we are finding it. Juice fasts are great.. even if it is only a one day fast once a week at first. Tell hubby that we're here for him too if he wants to talk. Guest guest
Louise, How about carrot juice??? or carrot/apple or carrot/celery.... awhile back we had a discussion on carrots and what all they do.... I don't remember the website.. but someone on this list will and can repost it for you. and there is a recipe in the files on cabbage juice ... and I just posted one this past week on cabbage and veggies. (message 7383) Make yourself some super or total tonic... and take every day.. it will help also. SuziLouise Haddaway <iamdunroamin@...> wrote: Dear Don,Yes I have a juicer, as well as a tiny rice cooker to cook my grains in after I sprout them, a jar, some cheese cloth and am looking into how grow sprouts. I have a yogurt making set as well as a soy joy which I can make rice or almond milk from.I just moved my herbs inside. I have peppermint, apple mint, greek oregano, summer savory, rosemary, english thyme and sweet basil. (tho it is not doing to great.) I also have marigolds and cherry tomatos outside and gerainums, english ivy, and aloe in my bedroom and kitchen windows.I am currently doing salads of kale, the cherry tomatoes I grew, cucumbers and italian dressing. I am drinking diluted grape juice and chewing it well. I also am eating raw veggies chewing it well. (I have cabbage and carrots currently.)My hubby is bravely eating up the leftovers and watching me with great interest.I have my genetic counseling appointment on the 7th. (I was tested for the gene which is the same for ovarian and breast... if I do not show the two that they know of, it is hoped that my blood/dna will reveil antoher so far unknown gene tied to the cancer.)Out of 21 women my generation or older 19 have had female cancer. Many have died from it. I have another appointment on the 20th to remove one of the tumors on my breast, under local, which proved to be non-malignant during the needle biospy. He is going to possibly remove one on my thigh as it is still non-malignant but feared to be an early stage of metasization. They are working on scheduling me for double simple masectomies to remove the numerous tumors and to limit the threat of breast cancer sometime in late October. I actually have no problem with them being gone, I have had so many years to face it and deal with the pain that I am actually almost looking forward to getting it done and over with.I am doing the breast tips from Dr. Shillington, i.e. only silk or cotton for bras, hot and cold water showers and the chinese massage (300 X a day each.) None of this has removed the masses, nor the deep pain, or the discharge or return my nipples to a normal position. I keep on though, figuring that if nothing else, I am improving my general health, and am developing some awesome muscles in my arms. I already have numbness and pain in my feet, with a loss of about 40% of feeling/use.I can't think of anything else, except it is very difficult to sleep due to the pain of the tumors and knee. As you can imagine I fatigue easily, but I rest for a bit and then do more.I am yours to command.Maggie Louise

As you can imagine I > fatigue easily, but I rest for a bit and then do more. > > I am yours to command. > > Maggie Louise ======================================= Hi Maggie, First we need to make one thing perfectly clear here: I do not command. You are not a slave to be commanded by anyone. You are a free human being with free will to do as you choose. Everything you do is by your own choice. I am only a guide and teacher. It is up to you whether you follow my advice or someone elses. I can only teach and I can only heal myself. Okay enough on that one. Okay, now you need to get away from the idea of cooking. Cooking is not your friend right now. From now on you need to eat only living raw foods. Your body has become very toxic due to the medications and your diet. Your body is way too acidic. The main problem with diabetes is not whether you ear simple carbs or complex carbs but carbs in general. Carbs spike insulin in the blood which causes major problems with the body. I do believe that you will read this in the info I previously sent to you. I know it is very long but you really need to read and understand what it says. As I stated first you need to get away from the idea of cooking anything and then you need to put this into practice. Any grains that you sprout must be eaten raw and not cooked. Cooking will destroy the enzymes in them along with any nutritional value they hold. No meat unless you are going to eat that raw too. You do not want to put any more mucus forming foods into your body. You need to eliminate them as much as possible. This means: no refined flours, no refined sugars, no pasteurized milk or diary products, no pasteurized fruit or vegetable juices, no prepackaged and preprocessed foods, no junk foods, no sweets of any kind using refined sugars, no sodas, no caffeine (coffee, black or green teas), no wheat at all (use only spelt), all grains must be soaked and sprouted for a day, all seeds must be soaked and sprouted, sprouted legumes are fine but the only ones that sprout well are mung beans and lentils. This doesn't leave you much of a choice in the food department I know. However, you don't need all that other stuff. It is only toxic to your already overloaded body. You do need to start drinking lots of fresh vegetable juices and yes, after juicing them add the pulp back in because you do need the fiber. Here is a formula to aid your pancreas. Somehow we will get you the herbs to make this up with. 16 parts Juniper berries (Juniperus monosperma) 6 parts Uva ursi (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi) 3 parts Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) 3 parts Mullein (Verbascum thapsus) 2 parts Cayenne (Capsicum frutescens or C. minimum) 1 part Golden seal (Hydrastis canadensis) You can either cap this up and use 2 - 3 caps three times a day for six days, then take one day off and then go back on for six more days alternating 6 days on and 1 day off. Or you can make a tincture of the above and take 15 - 30 drops three times per day following the 6 days on 1 day off. However, you need to follow a mucusless diet for this to truly be effective. Have you tried castor oil packs on your breasts? Massaging the breasts and around the breasts (under the arm and above the breasts) stimulates the flow of bile. So this is good that you are doing this. You can also use hot castor oil packs may be used on your pancreas, stomach and spine and will bring you some relief. You also need to make sure that you are having regular bowel movements each and every day. Preferable is one after each meal. You can, and I highly recommend that you, do take long hot epsom salt baths to help your body detoxify and drink hot diaphoretic teas while in the bath. Then finish with a cold shower. Do a lot of deep breathing too and get as much exercise as you possibly can. We will deal with the knees soon enough. You can help with the retinopathy by taking bilberry, eating lots of blueberries, drinking bilberry or blueberry leaf teas. Actually any blue or purple berries will help your eyes as well as your vascular system. I would suggest the you perform dry skin brushing twice a day. First thing in the morning, before a shower or bath, and at night before a shower or bath. This will not only clean off dead skin but help remove toxins and stimulate your lymph to flow. Do get outside all you can to spend some time in the sun and, hopefully, fresh air. It will do you wonders. Nature is the greatest healer. Okay enough for now Maggie, let me know if you have any questions or need any clarifications. I am here to assist as are the rest of us. Peace be with you Maggie and your Doll group too. May they all benefit as well. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
