Thank you everyone for all of your replies. I did print off a packets

worth of rights from s Law. There is so much more information about IEP's,

and our rights in general, than the packet I had received from our local school

district! I'm still in the process of getting Micah's ERT form fixed and should

hear back from his school tomorrow. Thanks so much again, and good luck to you

all who are having the same difficulty as we are!
