Hi Suzi,

Thanks for the suggestions. Basically, I'm looking to eventually get

an extremely well stocked herbal cabinet so that I can make things on

the fly whyen the necessity is there.

Initially though...My family has these needs:

-cold/flu/sore throat remedies. (also for children)

-anxiety/depression issues

-sore muscles from working out, as well as pre-existing tendonitis

and foot problems

-female issues

-weight loss/nutrition

I'm thinking a total/supertonic, female formula, echinacea plus,

total nutrtion and a few herbal salves.

Any thoughts? ideas?
