Guest guest Posted November 24, 2008 Report Share Posted November 24, 2008 HI Everyone We leave Ko Lahta in the morning for our last point of call, do not ask me the name, mu itinerary got wet in the crossing back to Phuket, along with Marina's Lonely planet guide, which like me has grown somewhat, it's from water saturation, sorry Marina, I will need to get you a newer version of it...... my expansion, is from enjoying too many Thai Foodstuffs........ back onto the straight and narrow on my return... It is raining here today, so we just shopped and shopped and shopped I was imrpessed with my travel companion. he has hidden talents of bataing that I do not posses, so he got me some bargains. you name it, I bought it.... God knows what the weight of my suitcase will be, I bought a table cloth place mates, DVD's, this that and the other. e had lunch on te wharf, and caught a bike taxi back... This afternoon, I had the most magnificient, Hot Oil Massage, my knee is still hurting a great deal, when she saw my tummu tuck scar she said " Oh Papi, Papi, what has happened..... Men our age get called this, it shows, great respect but it is a bit unnerving, so i make certain, you know who also gets, called papi too.......lol..... today we walked slowly into the town, so the exercise has been gentle we are going out to dinner tonight as a group as it is one of our groups brithday, so this will be nice. Well take care of yourselves, not long now, we get the vernight sleeper train on Friday night, arrive Bangkok, Saturday morning, see the Royal Palace on our return, hope to do some last minute shopping lol... Larry is aware of my plans.... Our flight leaves at 5.30pm. so home Sunday, have lved every moment of this holiday, wishing it was longer...
