" Well when you are chomping on that apple don't forget to eat the seeds too. Same with apricots, peaches, nectarines, plums, etc. Everyone of these seeds contains Vitamin B-17 better known as Laetrile or some really long chemical name that very few of us can pronounce let alone recall later. Eat an apple and eat all the seeds every day. Eat anywhere from 10 - 20 apricot, plum, peach, bitter almond seeds per day if you have cancer or minimum 7 per day if you don't. There is a lot of controversy over Laetrile and its effect on tumors and cancers. For some foolish and highly obvious reasons the pharma's have done their dangdest to outlaw B-17. I wonder why? Even eat the pits of cherries. Oh my God there is cyanide in them. That is correct, however, according to research normal healthy cells contains an enzyme, called Rodhenase, that inhibits the cyanide whereas cancer and tumor cells don't. So this might be a really good place to start and certainly can't hurt you as long as you don't overdo the pits. Something to think about anyway. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
