Guest guest
Thanks, Di. I hope to try the exercise you described, but I still need to figure out the logistics. Funny (actually, not so much) how so much of FMS is struggling to figure things out .... things that other people can figure out so easily! I think I will hand your email to my husband and have him help me decide on when, where and how I will do this. Also, I have figured out that Prilosec may be the cause of my recent headaches! It is always good to find the source of our pain, isn't it. Now I just have to figure out how to get off the Prilosec! :-) T
Guest guest
Jayne, The PT did an evaluation, my neck is stronger. I can also feel the muscles are working better to support my head. The exercises are to help with cervical instability. I still need to wear a hard cervical collar in the car. Happy New Year! Any questions ask, I'm not shy. Take care of you.
