Thanks, Di. I hope to try the exercise you described, but I still need to

figure out the logistics. Funny (actually, not so much) how so much of FMS is

struggling to figure things out .... things that other people can figure out so

easily! I think I will hand your email to my husband and have him help me

decide on when, where and how I will do this.

Also, I have figured out that Prilosec may be the cause of my recent headaches!

It is always good to find the source of our pain, isn't it. Now I just have to

figure out how to get off the Prilosec! :-)

Jayne,

The PT did an evaluation, my neck is stronger. I can also feel the

muscles are working better to support my head. The exercises are to

help with cervical instability. I still need to wear a hard cervical

collar in the car.
