My internal meds doctor thinks it might help me based on all my symptoms. I just did the bloodwork this morning. Will know more when the labs come back. I just didn't know much about it and wanted to hear from some people who take it so that if I end up taking it I have some knowledge base.Lynn wrote: I take cytomel.I was on Armour, but my Dr talked me into switching to Cytomel/Unithroid.I take 18.75mcg daily. I split a 25mcg pill.Like Jan said, be very cautious

taking it. I was prescribed too much, too quickly. I upped the dose until I felt well. Many Dr's don't precribe it correctly. Why do you think you need Cytomel? Do you think you have a conversion problem? That is why I take it.Good luck, I hope your Dr listens to you. It has made a world of difference for me.Lynn
