Guest guest
Hi Kristy, My son too tested off the charts for B12, 4 years ago at the age of 3, before we started with Dr. Goldberg. I think it is certainly a sign that he is not absorbing the B12 that he is getting. We saw a gradual decline as he got healthier under Dr. Goldberg's care, to what is now within the RR of his blood work. Dr. G wasn't alarmed but did continue to retest occasionally, perhaps 3X per year if I remember correctly. Hope this eases you mind. No, do not decrease your B complex, since your B12 is still within normal range. Over 1,300 is starting to get too high, but even then taking all of the B vitamins along with the diet and other supplements will help your body normalize and balance out all nutrients levels.
