,

I'm so happy to hear they've fit you in sooner. I think it's a good

idea to keep your options open by keeping your appt with CT. My

fingers are crossed that this band fits properly.

What a relief . I really hope this one is a better fit, but

I think you're smart to keep your options open so you can avoid

wasting more time if you are still unhappy. I'll look forward to

your update.

Hello All,

Just thought I'd share a little success (even if small) with you all.

My boyfriend has been suffering from GERD and a hiatal hernia, as

well as some seasonal allergies that seem to stem into fairly bad

sore throats.

He has been amazed at how well peppermint and chammomile tea has

worked to ease his indegestion and heartburn and now swears by it! He

even puts the kettle on and asks me to make him some from scratch.

Yesterday, he woke up with the sore throat from hell and was just

miserable. I mixed up some slippery elm, marshmallow, echinacea,

licorice and peppermint tea, and had him sip on it all day. He was

AMAZED (so much he couldnt stop talking about it all day) that his

throat felt so much better after drinking my " concoction " as he

called it. He kept talking about it this morning on the way to work,

that he was so amazed that I could just throw some things together in

the kitchen and bam..he was feeling better. :)

I also thought it was humorous when he called me to the kitchen to

look at the tea ball's mesh, to see the mucilagenous substance that

the slippery elm and marshmallow left on it. I told him " see, that's

what's coating your throat " . He was like a little kid, and kept

telling everyone about it.

So...he's been won over, that's for sure.

Just thought I'd share. :)

Made me smile at least.

Love and light,

anne
