Fevers of Unknown Origin

My daughter a was just recently diagnosed in the past week with a fever of

unknown origin. She has been running a temp. since the beginning of July.

Strangely she only has this temp during the day. It ranges from 100.3, 100.4,

100.6, 100.9 and sometimes even 102.9. The drs. at CHOP said she has

hyperthermia and thermoregulation issues. I kind of figured that one out on my

own! She has had numerous tests, scans, etc. done and all results are normal

except she is ANA positve. I am baffled & so are the drs. Does anyone else have

problems with thermoregulation? This is way frustrating!!

Also, is anyone from the Philadelphia area? We are followed by neuro at CHOP but

unfortunately our neurologist just left the hospital & we are being bounced

around from dr. to dr. None seem to know what to do with a. Her PMG is very

severe, bilateral frontal, parietal, occipital and tempral. She was just

decanulated, has central cortical visual impairment, and septo optic dysplasia,

does not speak but will vocalize, eats very little by mouth due to severe

dysphagia, no seizures (Iwas told that when she turns 4 her risk increases by

75%)all her teeth very early, walked at 2 1/2 but with DAFO's (she had bilateral

club feet), ahe also has ADHD. She receives early intervention with 5 therapies.

Any others diagnosised with ADHD? Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.
