Has anybody seen something like this? I have no claims out to Save

the Children…..Is this some sort of scam?

Hi from La Paz, Bolivia ...Annie--This seems really weird and I'd

not fill it out or send it. It likely is a scam of some kind.However, Save The Children is a really good NGO in the third world. So they

may be interested that such things are being sent with their name on it. I

would forward it to them and allow them to do with it what they will.TimOn Mon, April
