Guest guest
I cannot get into our Texas site to approve this message, so I am posting this by email. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Thanks, all, for the feedback on finding various doctors in the Fort Worth, TX, area. I found a pain dr. who I didn't realize at the time is a D.O. Supposedly he prescribes pain meds that i need. His name is something like Ade Adedondo. ((We are packing up our moving van today, so i'm not sure where i put his info right now). Has anyone ever heard of him? I can't get in to see him until mid-January...But, it will be interesing to see what he has to say about how all of this works together. I told the person making the appt. that i was on strong pain meds, and she says that he does prescribe them (if he thinks a person needs them and has the documentation, and all of that). I hope he does, because he is so close to my new home. But, it would be nice if he happens to knowledgable about hormones....which i hope a DO would be. i had no idea that they could prescibe triplicate meds though...never been to one. Ins. used to wouldn't pay, plus finding one used to be harder. well, better get with it. what a mess moving is! Before I go, I applaud the info. that has been coming out about the insurance companies, and the suggestions of what we, as patients, can do to try get some control back over our medical decisions. I say Please, keep it up! Merry Christmas, Happy holidays to my new group! Guess this makes me a groupie? Thanks again, for all of the info! __________________________________________________
