Guest guest
Hi Everyone, Please excuse the cross posting. I could really use some input with regard to my 7 year old son's lab results. His history is a dx of autism and about every 6 weeks for the past several years he runs a low grade fever, his cheeks and ears turn beet red, and he vomits throughout the day. This lasts anywhere from 24-48 hours and we have always assumed it was from food sensitivities and have eliminated any associated precursers to these incidents. He is always prone to illness and misses school when this occurs. Finally a family friend who is a nurse said it sounded viral. We had titers done and just got the results. The measles and rubella were reported inaccurately, just acknowledging positive results. We will be redoing these two tests for the exact numbers. Here are the following results and I would gladly take and appreciate any advice on this subject. Thanks a lot! Carol RESULTS: Polio................ 1:32 (positive is >1:128) ASO (strep)...........526 (reference is <150) Herpes Simplex........5 (reference is <0.90) Mumps.................4.52 (positive is >1.10) DNAC (strep)..........680 (reference is <170)
