Guest guest
Here's a question for all of the BFL vets out there. I was looking at my BFL book yesterday and noticed that we are supposed to have 2 TBSP of non saturated oils per day. Does a TBSP of Natural Peanut butter take the place of one of your oil servings? Do nuts go under this category? Also, besides olive oil, canola oil, and sesame oil what other oils go under this category? I haven't been doing so good on the oil part of the nutrition. Thanks in advance.
Guest guest
I've been eating natural peanut butter and nuts and quit taking the UDOs oil. One thing that maybe has changed is that my abs don't look as cut as they did when I was using the oil. At least I think this is the case, but it could be something else. I'm not sure if Peanut Butter and nuts are a good replacement, but I've been using them for my good fats. I felt the Oil was kind of pricey and didn't really care for the taste so I quit taking it. I may try it again. We haven't discussed EFAs on here in awhile. Maybe it is time.
