I have always washed it off, and i don't find it

difficult to do. I do enough for 2 doses at a time,

which for us is 3 pills for my son. Just rub the

pills under running water, and then rub with your

fingers to get the last of it off. then just dry on

paper towels. I know Dr. G recs doing this as there

is quite a bit of dye on these pills. It's up to you,

but I don't think it is hard to do.
