The every 20 minute billboards are up in our community as well. They are

from the Ad Council and the billboard version of PSA (public service

announcements). We contacted the billboard agency to find out more b/c we

weren't sure who had put them up--here, the billboard company had selected

them as the PSA billboards they wanted--which was great!! Our autism support

groups weren't even aware they were going up--so, call the billboard company

(it is usually posted somewhere on the billboard) and thank you...
