Write a letter for patients supporting gym membership and they deduct from taxes

My patient just told me that her accountant notified her that a gym

membership is deductible from her taxes if she has a letter from her

physician certifying that she will benefit from the gym membership

healthwise. This even extends to personal trainers. I generated a

template in Soapware that makes this certification a matter of a push

of a button so that all my patients can benefit form this.
