Question: Missed a dose of Nizarol

Hi all,

Recently we switched to Nizarol from Diflucan, and my son has been

going through some (mild, thankfully) die-off symptoms. Yesterday, he

fell asleep in the late afternoon and did not wake up until 6 a.m.

this morning! He was impossible to awaken, even for a moment to give

him his bedtime meds, so he missed his dose from last night.

My question: what, if any, difference does it make to miss one dose of

antifungal during die-off? He seems more " off " today than he did

yesterday. Will this set him back and prolong the die-off phase? Or

is missing one dose really insignificant?

Sorry if I seem to be rambling, I'm just always playing detective here...
