I'm a Des patient, been banded 2 years, lost over 30k, but am rather naughty and drink too many liquids. All types.....................naughty girl..............lol

Hi and welcome.

It takes a bit of time to get used to a band. How many fills have you had since September? I am sure Dr is looking after you well.

Although we had our Christmas get together last weekend we have been going to the Outback Steakhouse at Parklea a couple of times now and have found it relaxed and good parking and a great place to get together for a chat. You are most welcome to join us next time. We have planned Sunday 1 February as the next time we meet, being after the holidays, but if a few are happy to come we don't need much notice and can go whenever.

I have been banded 2 years 30 April and have lost 41 kilos to date, also no secrets now (!) have had BPD - breast lift - tummy tuck.

We are none of us experts and all take each day as it comes... everyday is different to the last.. life is certainly more interesting..

If you experience anything you need advice on chances are someone has been through it before and may be able you deal with it..
