Well, I went for a fill yesterday and discovered in the last 10 weeks I have only lost 1.4kg. Arggggh!! I have been under some super stress but I was starting to think my band must be broken. Anyhoo, Doctor put 9ml in my 9.5ml band and I was a bit worried. But I have to say I had a wrap today for lunch and 1/2 of it took me a good 15 mins to eat and when I had the first bite of the second half it was too much!! That's good isn't it??? I don't want to be stupidly restricted but I want the band to keep my portions down, down, down. Can I also boast that I actually got my lazy butt out and walked with one of my workmates the last two days. We do 2km at lunch time. That's my natter for now. Thanks for listening! Its got you eating slowly and in small quantities... always a good feeling when we can control our intake. If you are comfortable, getting food and drink down in the small amounts we are supposed to, then go with it.
