It will fit Elaine... It wrapped around me even when I was a size 20, so it will definately wrap around you now. It is a size L Taking Shape, so a size 22-24 I think. It is not waterproof though, which is a shame... but it is nice a cozy. It is that boiled wool stuff... with a scarf, hat and something warm underneath you will be fine, as long as you don't get wet. Do you have a lightweight travel umbrella... I do, if you want to borrow that you are more than welcome, I can toss it in the bag, it weighs absolutely nothing. I also have spare neck thingos for the plane, lots of them.
