Guest guest Posted November 3, 2006 Report Share Posted November 3, 2006 Hi all- diet is going well. I have felt so good that I havent had any blood sugar issues. Now I know what to eat when I go off this diet. Its high protein and ive learned what carbs are good and bad. After I get to goal, im on a maintenance program. so lots of good came out of this. Im down 8 pounds so all of my rebound weight is gone. now I just have 7 more to lose until goal and for some reason, my body is hanging on to this weight. AAHHHH!! Frustrating.
