43 y/o male with left sided chest pain, new patient. Just saw him, h/o DM (doesn't know which meds he takes), obese, smokerRec ER now, refused, schedule treadmill stress echo for wed morning, documented refusal to go to ER. What would you guys have done in this situation? Any office protocols set up for this type of issue?
