accuchecks and other tests

What does everybody use to do accuchecks in office?Anybody do spirometry?Can you bill for peak flows? Where can I buy those?What other "waived" tests and other items does everybody perform in their office such as this that both improve patient care and your bottom line?If possible, please state the specific models and cost of items. Thanks!
