Italian Zucchini Crescent Pie

I currently have this in the oven. Smells yummy for my tummy...

I did alter the recipe tho.

I added shrimp

I added muenster and swiss and alot of it.

I added two extra eggs and a little milk

I cooked the onion just til they started to carmelize

and I put it in a 10 " springform pan, don't know how that will pan

out ! YIKES

So we shall seee !
