Jin,

Another resource you might consider is the work of Winner.

I've only just started learning what she has to offer but I have two friends

who have seen tremendous social progress with their kids using her ideas. She's

presenting a two-day workshop here at the end of this month I'm on the

waiting list for and hoping to get in. Here is a link to her books/videos:

I have both of the RDI activity books and I must say that I'm not very

impressed with them. I know many ABAers love this method but it just seems way

too

rigid and boring for the kids I work with.

Thank you very much for reply. My son had same feeling about RDI, and

he did not want to do any thing with it more than a yesr ago after I

spent $1200 for eval. However I was quite out of idea.

Thanks for the link. I am very happy to see another option here. Can

you please tell me more about it? Which kind diagnoises that your

friends' children have? what kind of activities they have to do? What

are the improvements? How long have they been working on it to see

improvement?

Thanks,

Jin
