Hi all! We just got the results from Skyler's food allergy screen and

it's significantly changed from his first one. I'm waiting to hear

from the office but wanted to see if any of you had any ideas. He

tested significant for beef, egg whites, lamb, turkey, gliadin,

gluten, rye, wheat, and peanuts. Obviously, I need toremove these

things from his diet, BUT the last time we tried a gluten free diet

with him, his allergy cells went through the roof because of all the

additives. Any suggestions? We live in rural MS and everyone deep

fries foods here. HELP!
