Could sulfer be liquified in distilled water to be used as

I have a cat with patchy hair loss. Due to fleas??...I don't know. I am giving him sulphur 30x in homepathic pills. I started 3 days ago. I give him 2 pills per day (taken at the same time). I can already see it working. I've treated my animals with homeopathic remedies many times and it has done wonders for what ails them. Just drop the little tabs right down their throats;-). My dog used to lick them right out of my hand.
