I am sure that she will not mind me sharing this with you... It makes sense to me, whether it is correct information or not I don't know. I am back on my multi's as we speak! I have been on a plateau for a while now... even with the gym and all. So no harm in trying this as my food choices are limited.

Anyway, her story...

She had been a bit slack taking her multi vitamins and during that time, she lost no weight. She started back on them and started to loose weight again. She was told it was because her body thought it was starving, so stored all energy... and now the vitamins are in her system, it is happy to start burning them again.

Interesting... maybe this is something to think about if you are not taking vitamins, and not loosing.

I was feeling blah for the last couple of days and so that is what has prompted me to get back on the vitamins... its just that there are so many other nicer things to have to fill my pouch before I feel like taking horse pills. Hope the change in Nexium does the trick. You will be at your goal in no time!
