Guest guest
I'd like to know if any of the mothers have a history or if their children are really sensitive to the light- sun light? I recently learned that the UVA from the sun (almost none of which United States sunscreen protect from) *don't know if you know that, I didn't. Even 'Broad-spectrum' UVA/UVB. (United States has the least effective sunscreens of any industrialized nation.) My family has a long history of skin cancer. At 19 I had surgery to cut out skin on my back. My brother at 23 had to have surgery on his face for skin cancer. My grandparents, both have regular skin cancer and have to go in and get it burned off reguarly. My aunt has had skin cancer removed. ETc. I'm finding many correlations with 6-8 people in my family; related to immune system. I know skin cancer is the result of a suppression of the immune system being exposed to the sun, and the immune cells aren't able to fight off of the damaged cells which grow into cancer. Does anyone have trouble with that? Is that something that often goes along with or is that something not really related? If it is; I know of some very good sunscreens I've spent days/weeks/months reseraching so I know a lot about the rating systems, wave lengths, best ingredients, best places to buy, best types, etc. I'd like to hear what you all have to say. -Thanks
